WEBORA / PRIVACY

Your details.
Treated with care.

Effective 5 October 2026. This notice explains how Webora handles project enquiries.

What you share

When you send an enquiry, we collect your contact details, business information, project requirements, budget preferences and timeline. We use them to assess the project and follow up with you. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

Submitted enquiries are processed and stored by Formspree, which sends a notification to Webora’s configured inbox. A client confirmation email is optional and depends on the studio’s Formspree plan and settings. Formspree may process information outside your country. Access is restricted to the people handling your project. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its handling of submission and technical data.

Drafts on your device

The form offers an optional “Save my draft on this device” setting. If enabled, your draft remains in this browser for up to seven days or until you clear it or successfully submit. Avoid enabling it on a shared device. Without it, form values stay only in the current page session.

Spam protection and attribution

Formspree handles service-level spam filtering. The form also contains a hidden honeypot. Campaign parameters, the referring page and the first landing page are kept in this tab’s session storage and sent with your enquiry to understand its source. Referring and landing URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Attribution is also retained with an opted-in draft. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are installed.

Retention and your choices

We aim to remove unconverted enquiries within 12 months of the last contact. Information needed for an active project or legal obligations may be retained longer. To request access, correction or deletion, contact kiratveersinghralhan@gmail.com.
